With PayPal’s Online Invoicing tool, you can send customized invoices and receive credit card payments from your clients directly into your PayPal account. Online Invoicing helps to keep your cash flow seamless, safe, and speedy.
Paypal has created Online Invoicing so you can create your own customized invoices and email them directly to your customers. You can save product details, GST rates, and recipients to use them for future invoices. Choose to use a default template or customize a professional-looking invoice with your logo and business information.
Your invoice recipients can view and pay through their PayPal accounts. Recipients without PayPal accounts can pay you in several other ways.
* Faster: Add customer details from an address book and save templates
* Professional: Add your logo for a branded look and include terms, due dates, tax, shipping, and billing addresses
* Customised: One size doesn’t fit all and now you can apply discounts or special conditions to your customer invoices
The Manage Invoices page displays the invoices you have sent or saved, helping you to keep track of your payments and money owing.
Online Invoicing allows you to create customized invoices within your existing PayPal account, which are then available to email to your clients and suppliers.
Customers can then choose to pay the invoice via PayPal, using their own PayPal account, or, if they don’t yet have a PayPal account, with a credit card. As soon as the invoices are paid, you’ll see the payment appear in your own PayPal account.
Use the following subtabs to access invoicing components:
Manage Invoices: Review your invoices, search for invoices and perform invoice actions.
Create Invoice: Create a new invoice or save an invoice as a template. Also, you can save information to your Invoice Settings, such as customer contact information, to use again later.
Invoice Settings: Save your invoice contact information and logo, your payment logo, tax information, items to the invoice, invoice templates, and customer contact information.
Accessing Online Invoicing
You access PayPal Online Invoicing by clicking the Request Money tab in your PayPal account. Request Money displays the Request Money subtab and three invoicing subtabs.
